I really appreciated the quick response if I needed help. Everyone knew what they were doing and was very professional. Everyone was great but a couple of ladies made me really feel at home. I thought the progress with therapy went very well. You always have a fear of falling after a fall, but I feel much better because of the strength I have built up with therapy. What I have learned here will help me do things by myself at home.

When my wife was released from hospice, we needed a rehab center for her to continue to recover. After visiting nine facilities in the area, it was evident that Waterview Pointe was superior. While the facilities are excellent, the distinguishing characteristic is clearly the people. From the initial contact to checkout, the entire team was attentive, caring, and functioned as a team. Based on the team's performance, it is evident the facility is well-managed and a good place to work. This facility is a premier place for a caring environment.

Today I am going home to my family! At the same time, I feel like I am leaving my family. Your entire staff is made up of exceptional people. They are kind and attentive. I had a left shoulder joint replacement and they made sure I was comfortable at all times. My private room looks out over the patio garden. I have watched spring arrive. They keep my room spotless every day. Above and beyond regular care. They are very friendly. If I ever have to become a permanent resident of a nursing home, I would only choose your facility. I feel a special love for your staff!
I came here because they did a great job with my wife when she could not walk but is walking now. I had a choice to go home or rehab. I was going to go home but after much thought, I changed my mind and came here. It was a great choice! Great staff and wonderful service personnel! I am going home and can walk. I feel great! I came to Waterview for a respite stay. It has been great. The staff are wonderful and it is nice and clean. I received the rest I needed. I will definitely come back again.
